Hi! I'm Claire and Welcome to all things Ramble Om.
I'm a Registered RYT500, EYT200, RPYT Yoga Instructor.

A student first and foremost, I have been practicing yoga for many years, primarily beginning my yoga journey for my personal mental health management.
Aspiring to help others, particularly from rural areas, to do the same, I took the leap into the teaching world in 2017 and haven't looked back since!
My goal is simply to share the practice, and the amazing benefits of a regular practice to as many people as possible.
In my classes you you'll find community, connection and beginner friendly options always. I aim to always create a safe space for our practices together, free from judgement and expectation to assist you in getting out of your head and into your body.
